These terms apply to everyone who uses rewinly.com. The site is run by Kohlstone New Media FZ-LLC (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) – full details are in section 12. Reading or clicking through rewinly.com means you agree to them; anyone who disagrees should stop using the site.

1. What rewinly.com is

An information site about sportsbooks, online casinos and the cashback and bonus offers they run. We publish reviews, comparisons, guides and news. We are not a bookmaker or a casino: we do not accept stakes or deposits, run games or hold customer money, and we hold no gambling licence of any kind.

2. Who may use it

The site is meant for adults. In the United States that means 21 or over; elsewhere it means the minimum gambling age where you live, and never under 18. Whether online betting is lawful where you are is something only you can confirm, and you should do so before following any link. A brand appearing on rewinly.com does not mean it is licensed or available in your state, province or country.

3. Your agreement is with the operator

Copying, republishing, scraping or reselling content needs written permission. Sportsbook and casino trademarks remain the property of the companies that registered them; we use them to name the services under review, nothing more.

7. Acceptable use

Do not try to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, overload it with automated requests or use it to send spam. We may block access that harms the site or other readers.

8. Third-party websites

Outbound links take you to sites run by other companies. Their content, security, uptime and privacy practices are their own responsibility, and their rules apply once you arrive there.

9. Limitation of liability

rewinly.com comes with no promise of accuracy or uptime. So far as UAE law and the law of your country permit, Kohlstone New Media FZ-LLC will not compensate betting losses, losses that follow from acting on a review or a cashback table, losses caused by an operator altering its promotion, or outages of the site. Where a law forbids a limit like this, that law prevails.

10. Safer gambling

11. Changes and applicable law

These terms can be revised; each revision carries a new "Updated" line under the heading, and using the site after that means you accept it.
